- Please plan ahead and contact us at the very least a week in advance to allow us to prepare and schedule your work. We are very busy and some prep work is required for most jobs.
*Free basic estimate and basic consulting if work is approved.

- Initial minimum charge of $65.00 required for review of your premise where work is to be performed. Please have this amount ready when we arrive.  Map showing varying estimation rates available soon.
  We initially require first seeing the area you are requesting the work to be completed at so that we may view anything that may lessen or increase the costs for such work. Giving you a more accurate price. Some cases we may be able to give you an estimate for the work you are seeking on the site at the time we initially arrive. Most cases we require some time to create your estimate which may include special parts or equipment, this may take up to 3 days and sometimes up to 3 weeks depending on the complexity of the project.

-Hourly rates apply for design and consulting of each job.

- Installation rates for large flat screen televisions ( 42" or greater ) begin at $195.00
for basic wall mounting labor only. ( for base price set must be mounted to regular profile flat mount bracket, no higher than 50" on 16" center wood stud sheetrock wall and have all available cabling ready to be connected to set )
Hourly rate chart
- Hourly rates begin at $85.00 per hour.
- After hour rates and weekend rates add an additional $35 per hour. [ total $120 per hour ]
- Additional technicians required per job are an additional $35 per hour.

Complete custom room redesign
** Interior Designer services hourly rates start at $100.00 per hour
- Some product purchases made through A.V.I.D. come including a basic installation in the price of the purchased product. This does not include any custom work required for homes that are not wired for the equipment purchased or locations in your home that the equipment installation was not originally intended ( i.e., closets, beneath stairs ).

- Approved Estimates require completion of our contract and a minimum 50% deposit. Final payment due on due date posted on your Invoice supplied to you at completion of job. All terms and warranty information are specific to job and will be supplied to you at signing of Estimate.

- Please contact us in regard to the products you are interested in or if you are seeking an estimate including products that we sell.

- For homes not prewired by A. V. I. D. , the hours estimated for any job is an estimation, there may be overages that would be billed at completion. At any point during the work, if discovered that the hours initially estimated far exceed our ability to continue and the customers expectations then we will halt work for further review.
In some circumstances we will apply trip and / or mileage fees to your invoice.
Hours for some special custom work will be totaled only after work is completed, custom work may include rewiring of any area of your home deemed difficult. Repair work that may be required will be billed seperately as agreed by customer by a sub-contractor or independent contractor. This work would be considered a necessary part of job to complete the work you requested. Accidental damages will be repaired by an A.V.I.D. sub-contracted company.


 *If estimate is approved then we will deduct the amount for you. These estimates are estimations and are not always accurate. Some jobs will be billed hourly and require a deposit to begin. Hourly doesn't necessarily mean that the work will actually take that amount estimated. Hourly billed may be more than the actual hours taken to perform the work however this amount is not deducted from total initially agreed to. Please be prepared when we arrive at your location you wish to have the work performed. We respect your home and would suggest that our technicians be respected so that we would be able to follow through with the work you requested. We will not accept harassment or an environment that is perceived to be dangerous to our technicians [ This includes anything that would be considered as verbal, sexual or racial abuse. ] Please do not suggest or ask for illegal services as we will immediately remove ourselves from your premises. All incidents are recorded by our technicians and reported to our offices. Anything conducted at the premise of work that is illegal will be reported to authorities, we will relieve ourselves of any responsibility to complete the work and bill you for the work completed.

For realtors showing homes that didn't have the benefit of being wired by A.V.I.D., Audio Visual Installation Designers can use the services of our Audio Visual Inspection Department. The home is inspected by our technicians for defects in existing wiring, upon completion we can provide a quote for the amount to wire areas of the home for any number of uses.
